Finding 3-Digit Even Numbers

Given an integer array digits containing digits possibly with duplicates, the task is to find all unique integers that satisfy the following requirements:

• The integer consists of the concatenation of three elements from digits in any arbitrary order.
• The integer does not have leading zeros.
• The integer is even.

For instance, if the given digits were [1, 2, 3], then integers 132 and 312 would satisfy the requirements.

The objective is to print the count of unique integers that meet these conditions.
